Nina’s passion for Real estate began when on her first visit to Central Florida to interview for a hospitality position landed her in Resort Sales. That was nearly three decades ago. Meeting people from all over the world, helping them find the perfect vacation home, soon segued into helping them transition those holiday properties into profitable investments.
 
Dedicated to be the best in any endeavor Nina undertakes, her focus is on anticipating her client’s every need, which is her hallmark. Nina’s clients are primarily International, depend upon her heavily for overseeing their properties, in turn, they consider and treat her like family. Frequently invited to their homes overseas, the developer she worked for established an International Division, predicated on Nina frequently returning with purchase agreements from her existing client’s friends and family. The success of this “new” business opened the door to becoming Broker of Record for this Resort Community.
 
A dozen years, and numerous achievement awards later, Nina was recruited to head up a prominent Central Florida Builder’s newest location in Reunion Resort. All developer meetings, negotiations, strategic marketing plans, sales, training were in Nina’s purview. Named “Rookie of the year” by the National Home Builder’s Association in her first year, then achieving over $30 million in sales, the developer (The Ginn Company) recruited Nina, leading their project in Naples, Florida. Nina introduced and managed the developer’s first MLS and resale branch in Quail West then Bella Collina. Nina gained access to and established relationships with over 6500+ local Realtors® instantly by hosting and sponsoring high profile events with the local Boards and top producing Realtors®. Through her extensive work with, and membership in “top-drawer” organizations such as Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Realtor® Association of Miami & The Beaches, as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and ICREA, Nina has established a data base of well over 60,000+ Nationally and Internationally recognized Realtors®.
 
In 2017, Nina decided to bring her wealth of knowledge, expertise, marketing, and developer/builder relationships to Florida Golf and Beaches, LLC serving as both Broker of Record (and hailing back to her foundational strength) and superlative client care.
